John Moriarty is an internationally recognized pianist, composer, producer, music manager, and entertainment executive with a career spanning global performance, hospitality, and media. Beginning piano studies at age four, John has performed more than 40,000 hours worldwide for presidents, heads of state, royalty, corporate leaders, and thousands of celebrities while also contributing extensive studio recording, production, and session work throughout his career.
John’s multidisciplinary background includes undergraduate studies in economics and music, followed by advanced studies at the University of Strasbourg, France, where he studied international law and human rights while spending time throughout Eastern Europe during a period of significant global change.
While simultaneously serving as Entertainment Director for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, John developed and managed one of the hospitality industry’s most ambitious multi-venue live entertainment programs. He directed talent acquisition, production, contract negotiations, entertainment operations, and budget management while creating exceptional guest experiences across multiple venues and properties.
His career also includes work with Warner Bros. Music for Movies, Disney, CBS, and NBC, the creation of “Sustainable Revenue Entertainment Asset” principles, and educating hundreds of hospitality professionals on transforming entertainment into a strategic revenue-generating asset. As an entertainment executive, John has managed more than one million hours of live entertainment programming, combining artistic excellence with operational and financial leadership.
John’s unique blend of world-class musicianship, executive management, and strategic innovation has established him as a respected leader at the intersection of entertainment, hospitality, and business.
